KOYO: CUSTOMER RETURN PROCESS AND INFORMATION
Thank you for ordering from KOYO!
If you wish to return the products you have purchased for preference-related reasons, you may do so within 14 days of the invoice date and receive credit (or refund if requested) for those items. Please follow the steps below for returning your items:
1. Contact a KOYO representative to receive authorization to return your products. For damages and defects, please email us a picture. You will be emailed an RMA# that will look like the one below:

2. Pack your return items well with good packaging materials (bubble wrap, peanuts, cardboard, etc.).
3. Take your return package to the nearest mailing service store (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and have them create a label for your package. PLEASE REMEMBER TO NOTE THAT THE CONTENTS ARE FRAGILE.
**If they request an RMA #, please provide them with the authorization code given by the KOYO representative by email in step 1.
4. Once your return items are received at KOYO, you will be credited (or refunded) the appropriate amount to your account here with us. Please submit a request via email if you would like for us to issue a refund. Refunds for online orders will be issued to the card used for that order. We do not issue refunds via check.
The credit note and return reference documents will be emailed to you once we have confirmed your return items. You may apply your credit for any future KOYO purchase upon your request via email or by phone.
RETURN POLICY
1. If you are returning your products for the below reasons, KOYO will take responsibility to create your return labels and schedule a call tag (3 attempts) for your return products.
- Received the wrong item(s)
- Received a much greater quantity than you had ordered. (Since we are a wholesale distributor, minor quantity adjustments may be made without notice to accommodate case quantities)
- Items were defective
2. If you are returning your products for preference-related reasons, your business will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Further, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit/refund amount. See below for examples of preference-related reasons:
- Ordered the wrong product
- Ordered the wrong quantity
- Did not want the product
3. All claims must be made within 7 days of the receiving the items. No returns or refunds after 14 days.
4. ALL return products must be unused. Credits/Refunds will not be issued for products that have been used.
